Could your schedule, home, work, meal planning and life in general use a little organizational help? Yeah, mine too. To help get us started on the right foot, I’ve rounded up some of the best planners for women.
I have tried to go completely digital. I really have. But I need to physically write things down and see them on paper for life to work. It’s just how I’m wired. I’m also wired to love pretty things. If my planner is boring, I have found I won’t use it. What ends up happening is I’ll have a kazillion lists on sticky notes, in notebooks, on the back of receipts (seriously, it’s ridiculous) and on other random sheets of paper. If there’s one thing to make my brain feel a bit crazy, it’s when I can’t find that list or note that I know I wrote down…somewhere!
So, let’s get organized together shall we? This is the time of year to start planning for the coming school year and even the holidays. I know, I know…don’t shoot the messenger okay? I’m not ready to think about either, but I know that a few extra moments of planning ahead will make both of these crazy times of the year more enjoyable.
My planning in the summer consists of getting important dates on the calendar, setting some goals for the rest of the year and just knowing what lies ahead. Are you ready? Let’s do this!
Best Planners for Women
I love the idea of a completely customizable planner, where you can really make it work for you. With the ECLP you choose your cover, layout and design. Once you go Erin Condren, you don’t go back. (That’s what I hear anyway!) Between the way it’s laid out, to the stickers and other accessories you can add, using one of these just makes planning life really dang fun.
The bloom Planners have just about every cover to choose from you could imagine. I love this gold one for the design and the words. “She designed a life she loved.” I want people to say that about me, don’t you? This one features two page monthly view spreads, followed by spacious weekly views. It also has monthly tabs and pockets on both the front and back cover. When it comes to a planner, pockets are a must for me!
Just the name of this planner makes me take a big breath and relax. The Simplified Planner “is a beautiful, joyful agenda for busy women in all seasons of life. Designed minimally on purpose, its open pages serve as a fresh start every day.” There are several covers to choose from such as floral (pictured here), stripes and pineapple.
me & my BIG Ideas Create 365 Planner
Do you have some BIG ideas? Well then this is the planner for you! The me & my BIG ideas Create 365 planner combines the love of creativity and organization into one. It has a unique layout with monthly and weekly views, plus 6 double-sided pocket folders in different designs.
The Day Designer is a simple planner to help busy women with focus, productivity and balance. “Whether you’re a working professional, full-time mom, or a diligent student, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and pulled in a million directions.” It sure is, isn’t it?! There’s also a printable library on the site with free pages to print.
The Amy Knapp Family Organizer has it all. From weekly and monthly grids to inspirational quotes and a place to plan your meals. On top of that, it has stickers. What’s not to love?
